Irene Diffey joined Coalition Court Reporters in October 2025 and serves as a Production Associate, helping transcript production run smoothly and efficiently. In her role, she acts as a key liaison between law firms, attorneys, and court reporters—coordinating certified transcripts, rough drafts, and exhibits to ensure every hearing is supported with accuracy and prompt communication.

Irene thrives in fast-paced environments, and one of her favorite aspects of the job is tackling the “little fires” that arise each day. She finds the constant problem-solving both energizing and rewarding.

With a strong background in customer service and marketing, Irene brings a deep understanding of client expectations, prioritization, and deliverable management. Her experience helps her navigate tight timelines and maintain the high level of service Coalition Court Reporters is known for.

Outside of work, Irene enjoys a full and lively home life as an only child living with her mom and three beloved dogs. Her hobbies include crocheting, going to the gym, baking, hiking, and attending concerts. She loves live entertainment—especially concerts, comedy shows, and baseball games—and she’s an enthusiastic supporter of the Dodgers, Mariners, Rams, and the U.S. Women’s National Team.

A dedicated traveler, Irene’s favorite destination so far is Bali, Indonesia. She also donates blood regularly and proudly considers it her form of volunteering.

Her academic interests have always leaned toward the social sciences, with Political Science, Anthropology, and Economics being her favorite subjects.
